Terms of service

What the service is

RuleScan AI monitors publicly available official regulatory sources in Bangladesh, stores document versions, produces rule-based briefs with citations, matches documents to the entity profiles you create, and provides alerts, tasks and reports. It is an information and workflow service.

What the service is not

• It is not legal, tax or compliance advice and does not create an adviser-client relationship.
• It does not guarantee that any obligation applies or does not apply to you, that coverage is complete, or that you will avoid penalties.
• Official documents remain the property and responsibility of their issuing authorities. Always verify against the official source linked in the product.

Accounts and responsibilities

• You must give accurate account details and keep your credentials confidential.
• Organisation owners and administrators control who joins their workspace and what role they hold.
• You are responsible for the entity profiles you create and the actions your team records.

Plans, invoices and VAT

• Plans are priced in Bangladeshi Taka, exclusive of VAT. 15% VAT is added on the invoice and a Mushak 6.3 tax invoice is issued.
• We issue a pro-forma invoice; the plan activates after we verify your bank transfer against the reference. Unverified payments do not activate a plan.
• Annual plans are prepaid for twelve months at the price of ten and run to the end of the period.
• If an invoice remains unpaid fourteen days after its due date the workspace becomes read-only until it is settled. Data is not deleted for non-payment during that time.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another organisation's data, probe the service for vulnerabilities outside the responsible-disclosure process, or run automated scraping against it.
• Do not resell access or redistribute the service's briefs commercially unless your plan or a partner agreement allows it. Firm plans permit sharing with your own clients.
• Do not upload unlawful content to tasks or comments.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but offer no service-level guarantee unless one is agreed in writing. Source websites are outside our control; outages there are shown as source health, not hidden. Support is by email during Bangladesh business hours.

Intellectual property

• The software, interface, brief templates and this website belong to Reoncore Labs.
• Public regulatory documents belong to their issuers and are linked, stored and quoted for your reference.
• Data you enter remains yours. You may export it at any time and use exports internally without restriction.

Liability

To the extent permitted by the law of Bangladesh, Reoncore Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including penalties, lost profit or lost business, arising from use of or reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; paid periods are not refunded except where required by law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice, except where immediate action is needed to protect the service or other customers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dhaka. We will always try to resolve a dispute by conversation first.
