Billing questions
How do I pay?
You request a plan, we issue a pro-forma invoice with our bank details and a unique reference, you transfer the amount and send us the payment reference. We verify it against the bank statement and activate the plan. Nothing is shown as paid until a person has verified it.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and 15% VAT is added on the invoice. You receive a Mushak 6.3 tax invoice. If your organisation deducts VAT at source, tell us and we will reconcile the Mushak 6.6 certificate.
What does annual billing change?
Annual plans are prepaid for twelve months at the price of ten. The invoice carries the full period and the plan runs to the end of it.
What happens if a payment is late?
We send reminders a week before, on the due date and a week after. If the invoice is still unpaid two weeks after the due date the workspace becomes read-only until it is settled. Your data is not deleted.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect when the difference is invoiced and verified. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid period. Annual plans run to the end of the prepaid year. Exports are available at any time.
Do you store card details?
No. We do not process cards today. Payment is by bank transfer; mobile-money options will be added only when they carry no setup cost to pass on.

Yes. The free sample gives public updates, the coverage page and one sample brief per regulator, without alerts or an entity profile.
